Friday News!

What a brilliant week we have had again in Y2H!

This week we have been learning about Capacity and Temperature in our Math lessons. We had a great time experimenting with water! In English, we have been preparing for our writing with forming our own exclamation sentences – this was tricky!

A big well done to AH who won star of the week this week for working very hard in our Math lessons. Another well done to CD who won our handwriting award.

Our attendance this week was 97.7%.

Friday News

What a lovely week we have had in Y2H! In our Maths lessons, we have been learning how to read and interpret data. In our English lessons, we have been recapping our knowledge on the first chapter of George’s Marvellous Medicine and summarising the main points.

A huge well done to HF on being awarded our ’Star of the Week’ certificate for his new excellent attitude to learning.

The attendance for our class this week was 98.8%.

Well done Y2H.

As Time Goes By…

What a great week we have had in Y2H!

We have been learning how to tell the time to the nearest 5 minute. It has been very tricky but we have worked super hard!
We have also wrote a fantastic character description about Grandma from George’s Marvellous Medicine – She is a wicked, warty witch!

Well done to LB for receiving star of the week for persevering in Maths.

Our attendance this week was 98%.
